These teeth are made of acrylic and the entire piece has a titanium rod to reinforce it. The acrylic allows the teeth to look beautiful and the titanium provides strength. 

The acrylic hybrid will feel significantly stronger than a regular denture because it is tightly secured to several dental implants.
